No Returns or Cancellations:
Due to the limited quantity and collectible value of our products, all sales are final. Elizi Ceramic does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, except in cases of proven damage during transit.

Damaged Item Policy:
In the rare case of damage during shipping, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate each case individually. Compensation or replacement is not guaranteed.
